Shipping Policy

Sensuous Candle Co. accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday - Thursday excluding holidays. 

   

Current processing times are 5-7 business days before shipping.  Processing times increase to 7-10 business days during promotions or peak seasons. USPS are experiencing low staff and higher volume do to the impacts of COVID 19. This could cause delays in shipment/delivery of your order. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.

   

An order's tracking status may take 24-48 hours to update once a shipping label has been created. If you haven't received any updates after 72 hours, please reach out to info@sensuouscandleco.com.
